Foundry work does not allow any carelessness when assessing an objective and responsible manner the potentially severe risks it entails.

FAR S.p.A. is continuously developing and implementing the investments required to ensure that the Company has the state-of-the-art technologies necessary to protect health and safety in its workplaces.

Through a program of training, education, and continuous development, the Company aims to empower its personnel and all other persons covered by its Corporate Prevention and Protection System with the knowledge and the procedures to:

• Acquire the skills necessary for the safe performance of their tasks utilizing established work procedures.
• Identify, reduce, and manage risks.
• Use equipment, machines, plants, substances, devices, PPEs, etc. correctly
