The ISO 14001 certification for the environmental management is proof that the FAR management system implements measurable actions for sustainability:

- Responsible procurement choices, favoring, when economically viable, products having a low environmental impact
- Waste reduction and resource recovery, including the collection and use of rainwater in production processes

FAR constantly invests in research and innovation in order to reduce environmental impacts, to optimize the use of resources and to pursue circularity objectives.
Compliance with regulation (EU) 333/2011
FAR is authorized to recover ferrous scrap metal and has obtained a certification of compliance for its operations under Regulation (EU) 333/2011, which guarantees the valorization of recycled materials, transforming them into new resources and reducing the dependence on virgin raw materials. The goal is to contribute to a circular and sustainable production system, in which each phase of the industrial cycle is designed to minimize waste and promote the responsible use of resources. FAR is also committed to the valorization of production waste as by-products.
Quality

In compliance with the ISO 9001 certification, every stage of the FAR processes follows rigorous standards that guarantee efficiency, precision, and reliability.
In our in-house technological laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, we perform thorough tests on materials and products, verifying their resistance and compliance with required standards. This advanced analysis guarantees excellent results, making FAR’s quality a benchmark in the industry.
FAR issues certificates confirming to the quality of its products and processes, including:
- Non-destructive testing report
- Hardness testing report
- EN-10204 “3.1” testing certificate, with casting analysis and heat treatment
- Dimensional testing report
Upon request, FAR is also willing to define specific control specifications, in collaboration with the customers, to ensure that each product perfectly meets their needs.
